Paint Shop Pro/version PSPX was used to create this tutorial
image of choice

formerly with CILM, now with CDO, you MUST purchase a license at CDO store HERE to use her work
font of choice/font used in this tutorial: "Saginaw"
filter Alien Skin/Eye Candy 5: Texture/Swirl
filter Mura Meister/Copies
filter AAA Frames/Foto Frame

open a blank transparent canvas size 550 by 250
copy and paste tube of choice to canvas
move to left or right side of canvas
apply filter Xero/Porcelain: change blue to 0
choose white or black as your background color
(whatever looks better with your tube, or an actual color if you wish)
floodfill the background with this color
then select around the left area of your canvas with your freehand selection tool
add new raster layer
floodfill with a contrasting color
select a preset shape (i am using a star)
have both your colors in your color palette
have the darker one as your background
draw out a small shape of whatever you use
covert to raster layer
selection/select all/float/defloat/modify/contract/2 pixels
floodfill the inner star with the lighter color
add a drop shadow to your star

apply filter Mura Meister/Copies: line preset (change "number" to 17)
("number" may different depending how large your shape is)
move toward top of canvas
duplicate your shape line
image/duplicate
image/flip
the shape on the bottom move above your tube layer
select your dark background layer
apply filter Alien Skin/Eye Candy 5: Textures/Swirl:
select preset Random/Medium Half-Twist
select your lighter color background layer
apply filter DSB Flux/Bright Noise: mix, 19
merge canvas visible
apply filter AAA Frames/Foto Frame: width: 0, matte: 1, opacity: 100
apply all proper credits
add names/phrases as you wish
